Day 21: What Makes You Sad?

I’m trying really hard to be positive and not let myself get down but I’m human so there are a few things!

  • When I overthink too much
  • Not doing as well at something as I thought I would have
  • Seeing people I care about upset
  • When things change
  • Having to get up really early
  • Being bored/stressed
  • Being hungry
  • Other people being rude, mean and unfair
