You may have seen my post a little while back about the beauty products I use and how all but one of the brands I use test on animals.

This really shocked me and I decided it was time to start using cruelty-free products! I found this a surprisingly difficult task as the list of brands I found that are cruelty-free don’t seem to be stocked in the UK. I was assured I could find products that are cruelty-free by looking for the cruelty-free kitty symbol but I haven’t seen it anywhere!

The only two brands I could find that I knew and trusted that are cruelty-free are Lush and The Body Shop. On the day I was looking, The Body Shop had a voucher saving £25 when you spend over £50 so I went with The Body Shop! Below is my order:

The above products are the Rainforest Moisture Shampoo and Conditioner. This product is not only cruelty-free but is also ecologically conscious!

The above products are the Strawberry Anti-Perspirant Deodorant (left) and the Satsuma Body Mist (right). Both of these products smell absolutely amazing!

The above are Tea Tree Face Wipes and Pore Minimiser/Moisturiser. Tea Tree is supposedly very good for spots and my pores are just awful so I’m really excited to try these products!

Above are Eye Definer and Mascara. I’m normally pretty fussy with which eyeliner and mascara I use, but I’ve heard some great things about The Body Shop make up range!
